When we get something wrong, we fix it and log it here. Each entry says what was wrong, what we changed and when.
What counts as a correction
- A factual error on a page: a wrong number, a misread source, a broken citation, a mislabeled job.
- A data error: a bad join between datasets, a task matched to the wrong job, a pipeline bug that changed a score.
- A wording error that breaks our editorial policy, such as a year shown without its range.
What is not a correction
- Scores moving because the data moved. New AI usage data, new benchmarks or new employment figures change scores every release. Those changes are listed in the data changelog.
- Method changes. When we change how a score is calculated, the score version goes up and the change is explained on the methodology page.
