How it works, in plain words: your score starts from your job’s own Still needs a human score, built from task-level data for everyone in that job. Each answer moves it by a few points, and never by more than 15 in total. The years are the job’s range, shifted a little by your answers and widened a year each side, because a self-assessment adds uncertainty. Answers are stored anonymously. Read the methodology.
